Product Analytics and Reporting: Understanding Your Data
Use Ordafy Analytics and Reports to understand sales, bookings, and performance—then act on the numbers in Business.
What to open first
Ordafy separates quick insight from formal exports. Use Analytics (/analytics) for dashboards and trends, and Reports (/reports) when you need structured exports for accountants or weekly reviews.
Step 1: Analytics overview
- Open Analytics (
/analytics). - Set a date range that matches how you review the business (week, month, quarter).
- Scan revenue, order volume, popular products/services, and conversion-style signals available on your plan.
Step 2: Tie numbers to operational screens
- Spike in sales → inspect Orders (
/products/orders) - Booking demand → inspect Bookings (
/services/bookings) and Availability (/settings/availability) - Till vs online mix → compare POS activity with Shop-origin orders
Step 3: Reports for deeper pulls
Open Reports (/reports), choose the report type (sales, orders, customers, etc. as listed), set filters, and export when you need CSV/spreadsheet output. Pair with Financials (/financials) for money views and Payout (/payouts) for bank settlement.
Step 4: Turn insight into action
- Restock winners via Inventory
- Retire weak SKUs or improve photos/descriptions on Products
- Run a promo from Marketing when conversion dips
- Adjust staffing on Team for peak booking days

Where should I start if I am new?
Pick last 7 days in Analytics, open the top product, and verify three recent orders fulfilled correctly—then expand the range.
