Reports and Exports: Generating Comprehensive Business Reports

Generate Ordafy Reports exports for sales, orders, and operations—and know when to use Analytics or Financials instead.

Reports vs Analytics

Reports (/reports) are for structured, exportable views. Analytics (/analytics) is for interactive trends. Use both: glance in Analytics, then export from Reports for bookkeeping or weekly packs.

Step 1: Open Reports

  1. Go to Reports (/reports).
  2. Pick a report type from the list available to your organisation.
  3. Set date range, products/services, and status filters.

Step 2: Export

Run the report and download/export in the format offered (commonly CSV). Store exports in your Business Document Vault (/vault) when they contain sensitive customer data.

Step 3: Cross-check money

Compare export totals with Financials (/financials) and settled transfers on Payout (/payouts). Investigate refunds and failed payments in Orders / Bookings before you adjust accounts.

Step 4: Operational follow-ups

  • Low stock lines → Inventory
  • No-show heavy services → Availability and booking policies
  • Promo-heavy weeks → Marketing performance
