Mastering the Financial Dashboard: Revenue Tracking and Payouts

Navigate Ordafy Financials, Payouts, and Expenses so you understand revenue, Stripe balances, and what lands in your bank.

Financial screens in Business

Under Financial in the sidebar you will use three hubs:

  • Financials (/financials) — revenue and money overview for the organisation
  • Payout (/payouts) — Stripe Connect balance, onboarding, and bank transfers
  • Expenses (/expenses) — track business costs alongside income

Step 1: Complete payout onboarding

Card sales cannot settle to your bank until Stripe Connect is finished. Open Payout and follow Stripe Connect payout onboarding. Cash and some offline records may still be usable before cards unlock.

Step 2: Read Financials

  1. Open Financials (/financials).
  2. Filter by date range and offering type if filters are available.
  3. Reconcile large totals against recent Orders and Bookings.

Step 3: Monitor Payouts

On /payouts, check available balance, pending amounts, payout schedule, and destination bank account. After refunds or disputes, expect balances to move before the next transfer.

Step 4: Log Expenses

Use Expenses (/expenses) for supplier costs, materials, and operating spend you want visible next to revenue—helpful when reviewing profitability with Reports.

Step 5: Payment Links and POS cashflow

Remote invoices via Payment Links (/pay/dashboard) and counter sales via POS (/pos/dashboard/till) still settle through the same Connect account once onboarding is complete. Review those channels when Financials look “off” versus Shop alone.
