Organisation Settings: Configuring Your Business on Ordafy

Settings map

Most configuration lives under Business Settings (/settings), with related links for Billing (/settings/billing), Business Group (/group), and service Availability (/settings/availability).

Step 1: Business profile

1. Open Business Settings (/settings).
2. Confirm legal/trading name, contact details, address, timezone, and default currency.
3. Upload branding assets customers see on Shop where those fields exist.

Step 2: Availability (services)

If you take bookings, configure hours, buffers, and blackouts under Availability (/settings/availability). Keep this aligned with Calendar (/calendar) and individual service schedules.

Step 3: Billing and plan

Open Billing (/settings/billing) to review your Ordafy plan and invoices. Platform fees and feature entitlements are summarised on Pricing.

Step 4: Business Group

Multi-location or multi-brand operators use Business Group Dashboard (/group) and group settings. Only group admins should change shared billing.

Step 5: Payouts and compliance extras

Bank payout setup remains on Payout (/payouts)—not buried only in Settings. Store policies and certificates in Vault (/vault) when you need a shared document home.

Frequently asked questions

Wrong currency or timezone on listings?

Fix defaults in Settings, then re-check product/service prices and booking slots.

Shop still shows incomplete store info?

Publish required profile fields, complete payouts for card/marketplace visibility, and confirm products/services are published—not draft.

Rooms?

Lodging-capable service organisations may see Rooms (/rooms). Configure only if your services use lodging inventory.

Finish your foundation

Update /settings, complete payouts, invite people via Team, and go live on Shop via Become a provider.
