Day-of Ops Checklist: Appointments and Order Fulfilment
A practical day-of checklist for Ordafy service appointments and product fulfilment—calendar, bookings, orders, till, and close-out.
Who this checklist is for
Use this on busy trading days: salon/clinic appointment books, delivery/collection waves, hospitality service slots, or retail fulfilment—not festivals or door entry. Adapt the bullets to products, services, or both.
Before doors / first slot
- Open Calendar (
/calendar) and confirm today’s bookings. - Scan Bookings (
/services/bookings) for unpaid, pending, or special-request appointments. - Scan Orders (
/products/orders) for same-day dispatch or collection. - Check Inventory for items you promised today.
- Confirm Availability blackouts if someone called in sick.
- Ready POS till if you take walk-ins.
During the day
- Mark appointments completed / no-show promptly.
- Update order fulfilment as parcels leave or collections happen.
- Take walk-in sales on the till; avoid informal IOUs.
- Log issues in Notes for the next shift.
- Use Payment Links only when a remote balance is truly needed.
Close-out
- Zero open “paid but unfulfilled” orders that should have shipped today—or document why not.
- Reconcile rough till totals against Financials if you cash up daily.
- Review tomorrow morning’s first Bookings and prep lists.
- Escalate blockers via Support if payouts or checkout failed for customers.
