From Pay dashboard tools (/pay/dashboard), create a payment link with a clear description and GBP amount. Send it through the channel your customer already uses.

Connect still required

Card Pay links need Stripe Connect completed—same as Shop and POS card flows. Finish Payouts setup before you promise a link.

Keep descriptions audit-friendly

Name the job, invoice number, or booking reference in the link description. Clean references reduce “what was this charge?” support.

Fees to expect

Online processing applies on successful payments. Marketplace commission is tied to Ordafy Shop-originated sales—not every Pay link. Confirm on Pricing.
