How to Discover and Buy on Ordafy
Customer guide to browsing Ordafy Shop, visiting stores, using cart and checkout, and tracking orders or bookings in your dashboard.
What Ordafy Shop is for
Ordafy Shop is the customer marketplace: discover products and services from UK businesses, add items to your cart, book appointments, and pay securely. This guide covers browse → cart → checkout → your dashboard—without any organiser “event ticket” language.
Step 1: Browse Shop
- Open Shop (
/shop). - Search or filter by category, location, or store.
- Open a product page for details, variants, and photos—or a service page for availability and booking.
Step 2: Visit a store
Each provider has a store presence on Shop. From a listing, open the business/store page to see more of their catalogue before you commit.
Step 3: Cart and checkout (products)
- Choose variant options and quantity, then add to cart.
- Open Cart and confirm items (cart may group by organisation).
- Continue to checkout, sign in if prompted, enter delivery/collection details, apply a promo code if you have one, and pay.
Step 4: Book a service
On a service listing, pick an available slot, complete any booking questions, and pay the deposit or full amount as shown. Confirmation appears after payment succeeds.
Step 5: Track orders and bookings
After purchase, use your Shop customer dashboard to review order history and bookings, download receipts where available, and follow fulfilment or appointment instructions from the business.
Become a seller
If you want to sell your own products or services, start at Become a provider, then set up Business catalogue and payouts.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to buy?
Checkout typically asks you to sign in so orders and bookings stay attached to your dashboard. Create an account when prompted.
Why was a promo code rejected?
Codes can expire, hit usage limits, or apply only to certain products/services. Check spelling and ask the business which code is active.
Where do refunds appear?
Refunds are issued by the business through Ordafy/Stripe and return to your original payment method on their bank’s timeline.
